Our Operating Model

RPG is a licensed real estate brokerage. Our brokerage status enables us to act as the brokerage of record for referral transactions generated through RPG programs and participating partners. The Site is used only to manage membership and subscription billing; it is not used to list or sell property.

Referral-fee handling: When applicable, referral fees for qualifying closed transactions are handled off-platform (e.g., check or ACH) pursuant to written agreements and applicable law.
No lead sales or pay-for-referrals program: RPG does not sell leads or operate a pay-to-play referrals marketplace.
No “things of value” for referrals on the Site: Members may not offer, request, or exchange compensation or any other thing of value on the Site in return for the referral of settlement services.

What Members May Do

RPG supports professional networking among licensed agents and brokers. Members may:

Maintain their account and membership information with RPG.
Connect with other licensed professionals off-platform to collaborate, learn, and share best practices.
Attend community events or training opportunities provided by RPG.

If a member wishes to refer a client to another licensed professional, any referral arrangement must occur off-platform—directly between the appropriate brokerage entities and under their own written agreements, in accordance with applicable law.

What Members May Not Do on the Site

To keep the community compliant:

Do not advertise, offer, request, or negotiate referral fees or other compensation on the Site.
Do not suggest that payment of higher dues or purchasing any RPG offerings leads to referrals or preferential treatment.
Do not post client nonpublic personal information (NPPI) on the Site.

RPG may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Dues and Benefits

Membership dues are for access to community, visibility, and training—not for referrals or transaction outcomes. Paying dues does not guarantee introductions, leads, or closed transactions.

Monthly plans: Founding Member — $TBA/month
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable; if you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of the paid cycle.
Billing: All subscription payments are processed by Stripe.

Using RPG Compliantly: Quick Guide

Keep referral-fee discussions off-platform. If a referral opportunity arises, handle compensation between licensed brokerages under your own agreements.
Network professionally off-platform. Avoid quid-pro-quo language tied to referrals.
Protect client privacy. Share only the minimum information necessary; do not post NPPI on the Site.
Follow your state’s rules. You are responsible for complying with your licensing laws and brokerage policies (including in California and Nevada).
