1) Overview
RPG memberships are billed on a monthly, auto-renewing basis. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. This page explains how billing works, how to cancel, and what to expect on renewals.
2) Plans & Pricing (monthly only)
- Founding Member — $TBA/month
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
3) Billing Cycle & Auto-Renewal
- Your first charge occurs on the date you join (or when your application is approved and you complete checkout).
- The membership then auto-renews each month on the same calendar day (or the last day of shorter months).
- By joining, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your saved payment method until you cancel.
4) How to Cancel
You can cancel anytime:
- Self-serve: Log in → Account → Billing → Cancel Membership
- Email: membership@referralprogroup.com (from your account email)
When cancellation takes effect: Immediately for future billing, but you keep access through the end of the paid month. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
5) Refunds & Proration
Membership payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, your membership remains active for the remainder of the cycle you already paid for. Proration applies only to plan changes (see Section 9); we do not issue cash refunds for unused time. Proration creates account credits that are non-refundable, non-transferable, and automatically applied to future invoices. Any unused credit is forfeited upon cancellation and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6) Payment Processing (Stripe)
All payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe uses industry-standard security and PCI-DSS compliance. Your card statement will display our business name or an abbreviated descriptor associated with Referral Pro Group.
7) Managing Your Billing Info & Receipts
- You can update your card or billing details in Account → Billing.
- We email a receipt each time a charge is made.
- You authorize our processor to update your card details via card network updater services where available.
- If payment fails, Stripe may retry automatically. If unresolved after retries, your membership may be suspended until payment is successful.
8) Price Changes
We may change plan pricing for future billing cycles. If we do, we’ll notify you in advance (e.g., email and/or a notice in your account). If you don’t agree with the new price, cancel before your next renewal. Continuing after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9) Upgrades & Downgrades (with Proration)
You can request a plan change at any time in Account → Billing or by contacting support.
- Upgrades: We charge a pro-rated amount for the higher plan for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Upgraded benefits begin immediately once payment is successful. Future cycles bill at the new monthly rate on your usual renewal date.
- Downgrades: The change is scheduled for your next renewal. Any pro-rated difference from the current cycle becomes an account credit that is automatically applied to future invoices. You keep access to your current (higher) plan until the renewal date.
- Multiple changes in one cycle: Charges and credits are netted; any remaining credit carries forward to future invoices.
10) Taxes
Any applicable taxes (e.g., sales/use tax) will be added based on your billing address and local rules. All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD).
11) Free Trials & Promotions
We do not currently offer free trials. If a future promotion or trial is offered, the length and the standard monthly rate after the trial will be clearly stated at sign-up. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, billing will begin automatically at the stated monthly rate.
12) Chargebacks & Disputes
If there’s a billing issue, please contact us first at membership@referralprogroup.com. We’ll review and resolve quickly. Chargebacks for valid, authorized renewals may result in immediate account suspension.
